As an Executive Assistant at Onni Creative , I support the CEO and creative leadership team across experiential marketing campaigns, studio partnerships, and client-facing initiatives. My role involves managing project timelines, coordinating communication with partners and vendors, and helping maintain organization across multiple fast-paced campaigns simultaneously. I collaborate closely with creative teams to support event execution, streamline internal workflows, and ensure deliverables stay aligned with campaign goals. Through this experience, I have strengthened my skills in relationship management, project organization, cross-functional collaboration, and operational support within the entertainment and marketing industry.
Marketing Sales Representative
As a Sales Marketing Representative for The Finnish Long Drink, I worked closely with hospitality accounts, distributors, and consumers across Los Angeles and the South Bay to strengthen brand presence through experiential marketing and relationship-driven outreach. My role involved supporting activations at large-scale events, conducting account visits, and engaging directly with customers to promote product awareness in fast-paced environments. I regularly interacted with bar managers and hospitality partners to help maintain strong account relationships and support ongoing brand visibility efforts. This experience strengthened my communication, relationship-building, and business development skills while teaching me how to effectively represent a brand, foster partnerships, and contribute to regional market presence.



Buisness Development Coordinator
I’ve led outreach efforts to a variety of companies, crafting and sending targeted emails to initiate connections, set up meetings, and explore partnership opportunities. Through these efforts, I’ve attended multiple networking events, including those hosted by Tech Coast Angels, where I supported the execution of these events. I’ve also collaborated with students to help bring their creative projects to life, organized team meetings, and managed communication through platforms like Slack and Monday.com. These experiences have equipped me with strong communication skills, project coordination abilities, and a clear understanding of how to move ideas forward in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Enterprise Mobility Sales Intern
In my previous role, I provided high-level client service by managing over 50 weekly reservations, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience. I conducted market evaluations to identify sales trends and uncover new business opportunities, which informed strategic decisions and enhanced overall performance. Through strong communication and negotiation skills, I strengthened client relationships and consistently upsold services, contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility. Additionally, I managed a fleet of over 150 vehicles, maintaining quality standards through timely check-ins, thorough inspections, and efficient scheduling to ensure optimal availability. My contributions were recognized when I earned third place in the company’s competitive intern program, highlighting my dedication, performance, and ability to make a meaningful impact.


UNCA Donor Coordinator
During my time in this role, I facilitated the coordination of over 40 events, including fundraising galas, alumni networking receptions, and major athletic events such as basketball games. I played a hands-on role in game day operations, assisting with logistics, VIP hospitality, and guest management to ensure seamless execution. I also supported talent and donor outreach, curated VIP guest lists, and coordinated hospitality services to elevate the guest experience. Additionally, I conducted research on donor engagement strategies and compiled detailed reports for board presentations, helping inform future fundraising efforts. This role sharpened my skills in event planning, stakeholder communication, and real-time problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
